Cortis Timber is a Maltese timber merchant and importer specializing in the import, distribution and retailing of timber, sheet materials and related products for woodworking.

Cortis Timber imports, distributes and retails hardwood and softwood timber in logs, beams, planks and scantlings in an infinity of sizes and dimensions. Most timber species are stocked by the company (examples include Walnut, Iroko, Red Deal, Pine). Timber off-cuts are available for firewood.

Cortis Timber also imports and retails a wide selection of sheet materials such as Chipboard, Hardboard, Fibreboard, Blockboard and Plywood. A wide selection of Postform and postforming elements are also available.

Cortis Timber retails a range of semi-finished products in solid timber such as table legs, cupboard legs, spindles and bed headboards. Semi-finished kitchen components such as cupboard doors and drawer fronts are also available. All products are available in a variety of wood species.

The semi-finished range is complemented by a range of semi-finished apertures - doors and windows - available in different wood species. These apertures can be purchased in standard sizes or ordered to specific dimensions. Individual designs are also accepted.

The company also retails a wide selection of furniture fittings and accessories for woodworkers, joiners and DIY enthusiasts. Fittings such as handles, knobs, drawer runners, plinths, back-splashes, hinges and locks are all available. A selection of power tools, including electric drills, grinders and crosscuts can also be found, making Cortis Timber a one-stop store.

Construction material such as formwork beams, formwork panels and shuttering plywood can also be found at our stores.

Parquet flooring and Tegole are available at Cortis Timber. The parquet is stocked in a variety of wood species, including beech, cherry, oak, maple and walnut.
